Environmental Studies Department
About
The Department of Environmental Studies has taken up courses on Environment which was introduced as a compulsory subject for the Sixth Semester students of B.A and B.Com in the college for the past few years. With the implementation of the National Educational Policy 2020 this subject has been made compulsory for the First Semester under VAC-140: Environmental Science following the new NEP syllabus. The Department also takes up courses in Environmental Education for the Higher Secondary Section (Arts and Commerce) in the college. Apart from this, the department has also been actively engaged in various co-curricular activities, campaigns, etc.
