Sociology Department
About
The department of Sociology, Tirot Sing Memorial College was established in 2018. Sociology is one of the subject which has been introduced in the college for the Under Graduate Levels. The department of Sociology offers three years BA Honours, semester system which is affiliated to North Eastern Hills University (NEHU). The department at present has four faculties, Asst. Professor, Smt K. Sanglyne being the Head of Department of Sociology. The teachers through their hard work and dedication in the service imparted good education and knowledge for the students, and also enhance good values to build up the personality of the young minds. A sufficient number of books for the department are available in the college Library for the requirements and needs for both teachers and students.
